Today we have AE Josh giving a tutorial on Landing Pages Targeting Buyers, a follow up from last week’s Landing pages for sellers.

How to Build Landing Pages and Target Buyers

The first step,  Pull up your Agent Elite website and access the dashboard (back end) of your website. An easy way to reach the dashboard is by going to “” without quotes. Also by clicking the Login/Visit Backend link on the bottom of your website.

Once you’ve arrived on the dashboard page, go ahead and select the menu item on the left hand side that says Landing Pages and then Add new Landing Page.

Now you should see a page that looks like this:

The first thing to do would be to name it, we did:

Homes for Sale in San Diego, CA

Now you will spot a drop down menu next to the word form. This defaults to iHomeFinder. Go ahead and select Landing Page Find Home

Now for the header, it goes right at the very top of your form. We did something like this:

See EVERY San Diego Home on the Market

The sub-heading goes right below the header in a little bit smaller font. We went with:

Let Me Assist You in Your Home Search

Now you can choose either a background photo or color. The choice is yours.

If choosing a photo, make sure its not something too small.

Now you will want to copy the header that you previously typed in.

Scroll down to the Yoast SEO section, and click edit snippet.

Delete everything in the SEO title section, and then paste in the line you copied.

Now scroll back up, copy your subheading you previously typed.

Scroll back down to the Yoast SEO section, and paste the subheading into the Meta Description.

It is important to do this so it previews properly when you share it to Facebook or any other social media.

The final step will be to set the redirect link. For this, we recommend redirecting to Sold listing in the desired area.

The easiest way to get to that page is by going to the front end home page of your website, then click property search in the main menu.

On the property search page, type in the location you desire. We chose San Diego. Then make sure you select Sold as the status, and then click search.

This should now bring up all the homes recently sold in San Diego. Copy the URL in the address bar, and paste this into the On Submit, redirect to URL section.

Finally click publish on the right hand side.

You can now preview the landing page by selecting Check out Your Landing Page.

That’s all it takes! Thank you for checking out our latest tutorial.
